Program Description: Our mission is to provide access to quality child care and resources for self sufficiency. We do that by helping families pay for the cost of child care and supporting child care Providers. Eligible families receive child care services from ECC-approved Providers at a subsidized rate, with the amount of the subsidy reimbursed to Providers directly from ECC.
