Program Description: To participate in the community with other organizations to enrich the lives of adults with SCD, Thalassemia, and related blood disorders, through education, advocacy, pain management alternative, transition programs, support groups, and clinical trial research.
Services Offered: We work with the community by fostering continuity and building a trustworthy relationship with the underserved population that we want to educate, encourage, and inspire. We also work with other Community Based Organizations to expand family support.
