Program Description: The Mission of the Nevada Diabetes Association is to improve the lives of anyone affected through direct programs and services, education, prevention, and advocacy. The Nevada Diabetes Association has a program and service for anyone affected by diabetes in the community. The Mission of the Nevada Diabetes Association is to have a program and service for anyone affected by diabetes in the community. These direct programs and services improve the lives of those living with diabetes, their families, caregivers, partners, and friends.

Services Offered: The Nevada Diabetes Association is the only nonprofit agency that provides direct programs and services for the diabetes community in the state of Nevada. The organization provides camp programs (children, teens, families), support group programs (children & families, teens, young adults), a medical assistance program for those in need, a comprehensive resource directory of diabetes providers and resources (available in Spanish and English) in Nevada, diabetes education seminars, community outreach programs, and advocacy services.
