* REGISTRATION EXTENDED: NOV. 13, 2022 *
Hosted by the Nevada Minority Health & Equity Coalition (NMHEC) in collaboration with the UNLV School of Public Health, the City of Las Vegas, and the Nevada DHHS Office of Minority Health and Equity, the fourth-annual Impact Summit aims to provide a health equity forum to share ideas, challenges, and lessons learned but most importantly to highlight the important role we all play in ensuring equity through action, research, and engagement. The day’s agenda will feature informative panels and powerful speakers. Participants can choose between 3 distinct tracks: Policy & Advocacy, Research, or Capacity Building.
For all who attend, both in-person and virtually, the major takeaways will be to identify current health disparities in the state of Nevada and how to address the issues given the lessons we have learned during the COVID-19 pandemic.
More information on keynote speakers and track sessions will be updated soon.
